Great for the price with a few quirks

I received this player for Christmas last year. I was a bit concerned about the player in the beginning, with the instruction booklet telling me to "Stretch my ears" for better radio reception, a game you automatically lose when you unpause, and being preloaded with Chinese songs.
But it plays music very well, and is incredibly durable. I take it to the gym, and on more than one occasion I've dropped this off the stair-stepper and it still works perfectly. One time I left it in my pants when it washed. I let it dry in rice for a couple days and it's as good as the day I received it.
Like many others on here, I also wish there was a place for the stylus; however, it is completely operable with just a finger. And as others have said, the shuffle is weird, but if you skip a few songs it fixes itself. But the other features make up for it, with a good play quality, great video (when you find the right converter on the disc), and the ability to look at pictures and view .txt documents, this is a great media player.
In short, it's no iPod Killer, but fantasic for its price. |

I got this here on Amazon from "Pro Ebiz LLC"
It got here really fast and I was pretty happy with it at first and after a few minutes it froze up and would not work.
I thought this was going to be a big hassle getting this situation resolved...But... "I Was Wrong"
I emailed Pro_Eb and they said "No Problem"
They sent me another one in just a few days along with a prepaid return slip for the faulty one.
The new one so far is working great and I am very happy with it especially since I got it at such a reasonable price.
The guy I talked to at Pro_Eb (Eddie) could not have been any nicer

| My review is on PE's Customer Service and not the item itself. I had purchased this specific mp3/mp4 player at one point, but shortly after i did, i saw another item from the same seller which i liked better. i then contacted their customer service to see if i could exchange it, and they were very professional about it. they gave me no hassle (unlike other online stores), and were very quick with the exchange regardless of the price difference. Plus their delivery service was very very fast. I will defenitely buy from them again. |

I just purchased this product a few days ago for my 12 year son. I think I like the product. I am not at all that computer savvy. I will wait for my husband to return home to figure it out. This unit came with a host of accessories and it's a pretty good buy for the price I paid. If you are having problems with this unit, contact customer service they are awesome at resolving any problems you may encounter. I left a very premature negative message earlier. I didn't contact customer service first. But when I did contact them, the unit works just fine. The camera works, I was just going to the wrong place and the sound quality is fine too. My apologies for leaving a not so kind comment when it really wasn't warranted. It's a great buy and you do get a lot of bang for your buck!
